SIL considers its team as its most important asset.
The ability to understand, analyse, evaluate, structure development projects and investment strategies, and to assign them to appropriate financial structures is in essence what makes SIL unique. SIL is managed by a fully qualified team of professionals and advisors and supported by a wide range of international industry experts and corporate achievers.
